You must have been employed at Mandere Construction a minimum of 6 months and average at least 35 hours worked per week to be eligible for training classes.

Note that for some classes, HR will need to obtain approval from your foreman before we can confirm your enrollment. If too many employees are absent from a crew for class, you may be moved to the next class that is offered.
